Contact us
AI PromptShot is a small project with no contact form and no support ticket system. Email is the direct way to reach us, and a real person reads every message.
contact@aipromptshot.comWhat to reach out about
- Bug reports. Something rendered wrong, an export failed, or a share link would not open — tell us the browser you used and, if you can, the steps that triggered it.
- Product feedback. What worked, what got in the way, and what you expected a template, theme, or export size to do.
- Feature suggestions. A template style, a platform mark, an export size, or an editor option you would use.
- Accessibility issues. Anything that made the editor or the site hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader, or at a larger text size.
- Partnerships and press. Coverage, integrations, or collaboration enquiries.
- Privacy, terms, and legal questions. How data is handled, or anything in the Privacy Policy or Terms you want clarified.
You may not need to email
Questions about how sharing and exporting work are answered in the guides. How your prompt text is handled is covered in the Privacy Policy, and usage terms are in the Terms & Conditions. If a platform page or template page did not tell you what you needed, that is useful feedback — send it.
A note on scope
AI PromptShot renders prompt text you provide into an image. It is independent and not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cursor, or Midjourney, so we cannot help with accounts, billing, or support for those products. For anything about AI PromptShot itself, email is welcome.
